Material & Temperature Options
Rubber tips are offered in nitrile-butadiene rubber and silicone rubber, selected to match your process temperature and required resistivity.
- Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber (NBR) — 50–95 Shore A hardness, rated to 120°C, dissipative
- Silicone Rubber (SR) — 55 Shore A hardness, rated to 250°C, dissipative
Both normal-temperature (CTR series) and high-temperature (HCTR series) constructions are available. Standard body styles include round tips, stepped tips, and rectangular or square-profile tips for specific pad geometries — sized to the shank installation dimension of your tip holder (H1 = 1.7 × 1.7 mm or H2 = 2.7 × 2.7 mm).
