EFO Tools
EFO (Electronic Flame Off) tools spark the wire tip to form the free air ball before the first bond. UPT EFO tools are built with a stainless steel body and a platinum or iridium alloy tip, selected for stable discharge performance and extended service life — both are critical to consistent FAB size and ball shape across a production run.
