Epoxy Dispensing Tool

Epoxy dispensing tools use compressed air to dispense a controlled bead of epoxy from a syringe onto the die bond location. UPT dispensing tools are precision-finished on the inner bore to keep glue flow smooth and consistent, minimizing stringing and dot-size variation across the process.

How Epoxy Dispensing Works

Compressed air pushes epoxy through the dispensing tool and out through a fine nozzle onto the bond location. The inner surface finish of the nozzle is what determines dispensing consistency — a rough bore leads to stringing, uneven dot size, and dripping between cycles. UPT dispensing tools are precision-processed on the inner bore to keep glue flow smooth from the first shot to the last.

Nozzle size and holder configuration are matched to your die size, epoxy viscosity, and dispensing equipment — from single-point nozzles for small die to multi-point and adapter configurations for automated high-volume lines.
